Once a week Hubby, G, B and I get together with O and E in Mankato. We find a nice park, grab some food and hang out for an hour or so. We do keep our social distance. It's so nice to see them, and for the boys to reconnect and goof around for a bit.
It's hands-in-pockets weather |
I try to bring them a few things each week. This week it was a tupperware of peanut butter cookies, some socks and cold weather gear. Today's high was just 48. Fall has definitely arrived.
And hoods-on-heads weather |
After dinner we made a quick dash to Fleet Farm to pick up a funnel with a screen filter. We're going to attempt cider pressing this weekend, the first time doing it on our own. Hubby's father gave us a press for Christmas last year, and we're dying to try it out!
