Doings Part 1

What have I been doing for the past three months?  I ask myself, since no one else is reading.  This is what I've been doing, myself.

Work.  Always work.  Among many many many other things, this has involved:

Conducting a Candlelight Hike for 300 ppl

 

Identifying, prioritizing and making facility repairs

 

Reviewing, editing and installing signage

Designing and ordering park merchandise

Reminding myself why I work in a state park

Sewing.  Specifically, working on an animal house quilt.  Not the movie Animal House, although that would be interesting quilt too.

First I cut out window templates for the animals

Then I used the templates to draw around each animal

I designed each house based on the animals inside

Cutting, arranging and sewing each piece of fabric

Final house with front garden

I've made 15 houses so far, just 19 more to go!

Celebrating Hubby's family's Xmas.  Much fun was had.

Blogger is ridiculously not user-friendly when it comes to arranging pictures, so Imagonna start a new post for further Doings before all my photos get erased for the third time.
